What happens
Meetups
Some are 8 of us around a cafe table and some are 30 in a room. Nobody presents at you. People bring whatever they're stuck on and leave with 2 or 3 numbers to call.
Workshops
A couple of hours on one skill, usually AI at work, resumes, or how customer success gets measured. They're small and hands on, and you leave with the thing built.
The WhatsApp group
The rest of it lives here. Job openings, salary reality checks, tool questions, and people answering each other faster than I can.
Who it's for
- Anyone trying to think more clearly about their career, whatever the title.
- People figuring out where AI fits into their work, past the hype.
- Plenty of customer success and SaaS people too, since that's where this started.
House rules
- No pitching in the group. Ask me first and I'll usually say yes to something useful.
- No recruiter spam. Openings with a salary range on them are welcome.
- Answer someone else's question before you ask yours. I notice who does.

Is the community free to join?
Yes, and I do not plan to change that. 2,736 people are in the WhatsApp group. The first group filled up, so the current link joins the second one.
Do I need to work in customer success to join?
No. It started with customer success and SaaS people and plenty are still there, but the group is for anyone trying to think more clearly about their career, whatever the title, and for people working out where AI fits into their work past the hype.
Where are the meetups held?
Mostly Bengaluru for the in person ones, and the group itself is spread across Asia Pacific with most members in India. Some meetups are 8 people around a cafe table and some are 30 in a room. Nobody presents at you, people bring whatever they are stuck on and leave with 2 or 3 numbers to call.

Can I post a job or promote something in the group?
Job openings with a salary range on them are welcome. Recruiter spam is not welcome. No pitching without asking me first, and I will usually say yes to something useful. Answer someone else's question before you ask yours, I notice who does.
