Questions people ask before booking
What do people book a 1:1 session about?
Most often an offer already in hand and no idea how to negotiate it, a move from CSM to enterprise accounts or to a lead role, three years in the same job and no way to tell whether that is a problem, wanting to manage people without knowing what is missing, and doing good work that nobody senior has noticed. Career direction and compensation come up the most.
Which option should I start with?
Start with the written answer at 499 rupees if booking a call with a stranger feels like a lot. The 30 minute call is the one people book most, and it works best if you send context when you book, because I read it first and we skip the background. Take the 60 minute call when it is more than one thing, like a move you are weighing up alongside a team you have just inherited.
Can you refer me into a job at AppsFlyer?
No. I cannot refer you into jobs at AppsFlyer or anywhere else, and I will not prepare you for an AppsFlyer interview, because AppsFlyer is my employer. Everything else about your career is fair game.
Are you a certified career coach?
